Been several times lately. Was clean, tidy and the staff were very helpful even when I bought the wrong tickets from the machine, they were replaced by the correct ones. Only problem is getting to Platform 2 with baggage. There is a lift but its a bit of a trek. You can park behind platform 2 but havent tried that....yet.

Cafe on the platform was okay. Has ticket barriers so not as good as some stations I have visited...

the station is easy to navigate especially for someone who hates train station like me. can become congested in peak times due to the small area on entry awaiting the ticketed barriers. lovely coffee from the shop to the left as you enter platform one.

Not been here for over 15 years - it's still probably the most shabby- doesn't look any different apart from a few vending machines

As a station it's fine and does the job, not much more to be said on that. BUT the parking is a total rip off. It used to be free for about the first hour which made dropping off or picking up people easy. Now though it's a flat £12 as soon as you drive on. That is ridiculous and... More

Travelled from here a couple of weeks ago. The staff were friendly and helpful. Really tidy station and great hub for getting to and from places. Will definitely travel from here again.

Travelled through here many times. Staff are friendly, helpful yet aware of needs of travellers. Efficient use of space, clean facilities, easy to use. I think this area gives a good first intro into Stoke, our fabulous city, just wish traffic outside was more organised and taxi drivers more courteous to other drivers at times

A year on from my previous review I decided to chance it again. This time I managed to get parked, just about. But the previous off peak parking fee of £4 has now been replaced by an all day parking fee of £12 ! Absolutely extortionate.

As an elderly, disabled person, I need help when travelling. Stoke station and the service it provides continually improves. Facilities are so much better than they used to be and the station continues to be a hub for getting places. Thanks staff. Keep up the good work.
