Easy to navigate around the station which makes travelling a lot easier. One cafe on site, but it very expensive, with mediocre food and drink (alcohol available) so would be great if they introduced another cafe such as a Starbucks or Costa. Bus stop and...More

This is a just a basic train station with a small hall, which makes it very cramped when people are waiting for lifts, and you can't get in to navigate because when it's cold people hover by the doors with their luggage and no one...More

Much improved station although still a pain to get to platforms 2&3 with bags. Lift available but not sure where it is!! Unfortunately problems with idiots on the line at Manchester Piccadilly. Information a bit misleading and erratic but unusual circumstances- nothing to do with...More

We were waiting for our friend to come out from the station, waited at the end of the bus stop which was almost 150 yards long. Checked that there were no buses coming [as we were not blocking anyone]. The bus stop is so long...More

This needs a bit of tender loving care and still more parking on some days. First Class Lounge is comfy.
