    Large railway station

    Mothers Day trip

    Taking in the history

    Lots of history here within the station and some very nice architecture within the platform area, first class lounge is nice

    Got a parking ticket for waiting as there was no place to wait

    Handy place to eat if you are between trains

    The standard station cafeteria, can be crowded at times, Newspapers and magazines are on sale as well as hot food snacks and drinks.

    Good for getting around the country.

    This needs a bit of tender loving care and still more parking on some days. First Class Lounge is comfy.

    Hi, Like others I am not sure but buses do leave from outside the station to hubs at Longton and Newcastle where you would need to change. Prebook a taxi is cheaper than the black cab rank - good advice Enjoy.
