A quick walk up the hill and back only take 30 minutes depending on how fast you go and which path you take. The views are great. The biggest problem is the useless parking instructions. Google maps takes you to a residential road with some...More

This looks very daunting to climb but is actually not that bad, it took us about 15 minutes from the road to reach the tower at the top and that was with a few stops but these gave me a chance to look at the...More

This was a true pilgrimage for me. I had been told that I'd never walk again, but I can now walk, but climbing is difficult. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to make the climb, but it was worth it!

Yes the climb looks a bit intimidating but take it easy and its not that bad at all. You can access it from two different paths, one being shorter and much steeper than the other. The view is awesome, but if it looks like its...More

I've never been a keen walker, so when we decided to visit the infamous Glastonbury Tor I didn't see any harm. In fact I thought it might be quite interesting, steeped in history with views over the Somerset levels. Other reviews made it sound so...More

Despite the windy climb, we were glad to have made the trek to the top of the Tor, which lived up to its a billing as a place of deep spirituality and pilgrimage - not to mention somewhere with amazing views!

An impressive tor that you'll spot easily from even driving anywhere near! On top of a steep hill, it gives spectacular views and is well worth the steady walk up there

Challenging but rewarding walk up to the top of the Tor. Great views and peaceful. Steeped in history and myth - it’s a must do place to visit.

I don't think so, it's steep and the steps are a killer on the knees.
