Really good day out!

This is a great place to visit - the tours are great and the gardens lovely to walk around. The volunteers are particularly friendly and knowledgeable.

Would highly recommend a visit here. We visited last week and thoroughly enjoyed the trip round. The views are spectacular and the castle itself very informative and interesting. Tour of the Victorian Kitchen is a must. Worth every penny.

Set up on the moor this castle is exquisite with beautiful gardens to walk around. I would recommend the additional tours you can go on particularly the kitchen tour which is not open to the public. It was good value for money to get in. The only thing I would recommend is taking cash with you if you want to... More

Really worth a visit, very interesting going around the castle and the grounds are also worth a visit. The staff could not have been more helpful (one of our group was in a wheelchair) they went out of their way to make our visit enjoyable.

We visited castle first time. It's absolutely wonderful place. I feel how spring is here, a special when you visit subtropical garden and windmill- relaxing and lovely time.

We were visiting friends in the area and passed by Dunster Castle. As we members of the National Trust we called in and were not disappointed. We arrived just in time to join one of the tours, this one being the back of house tour. The Genteman conducting this was very professional and for one hour passed over his knowledge... More
