Didn’t plan for this but the market had us occupied for two good hours. We are definitely not shoppers type of tourist and we didn’t buy anything off any stalls but there were many things to see and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The stalls are...More
This market was way too overcrowded.
Lots of jostling going on.
Not good if you're in a wheelchair.
Horrendous traffic jams coming into Bath.
Crazy train station queues to get out of Bath.
Coffee shops and cafes/restaurants with mega queues.
Food stalls were overpriced.

Made this a day trip by train from Cardiff so access was easy as the station is right in the city centre. It was a dry cold Tuesday when we made our visit so the market area was busy but a weekend must be manic....More
