love it

Loved the bath streets which has a romatic and historical feel. You will find independent shops and high street shops in the streets.

Just come back from bath Christmas market and I've gotta say I was really disapointed I was expecting wow and I didn't get that was way too busy too busy you couldn't even get to the stalls you were literally just swept away with the herds of people I'd perhaps go again but definitely not on a Saturday.

Foolishly thought I would check out the Christmas market in Bath on a Saturday. Never again. It was far too over crowded. Most of the time I couldn't get to stalls or shops as I was swept along in the herd. After a couple of hours I gave up and came home with no purchases. Will shop on line in... More

Lots of tiny shops all under one roof. Was a bit crowded. Not a lot of room to move about so I did not linger

Found Bath to be a bit dreary (sorry if you live there!) the buildings all look the same, so there was nothing architecturally which caught my eye - the shops were the usual shops found in a big town, with lots of other small shops in the side streets, but it was too busy to do any window shopping, and... I was in heaven, plenty of shops and eateries down the Main Street but off the many side streets housed a lot of unique shops.

Bath is a real treasure and well worth a visit. There is a great selection of shops alongside all the history that this wonderful city has to offer. I love the walk to North Parade Road with the view back towards Pulteney Bridge, the lovely gardens and the weir. Its an easy walk around many of the attractions including the... More

i was impressed by the pedestrian area right next to the old Roman baths but I didn't really explore much as I wanted to cover more grounds around the city itself.
