Reviewed yesterday NEW

Went in for brunch, got handed a menu and got told "sit where you want", I think the girl was a bit stressed. Any way she brightened a little. Unfortunately the bathrooms are up 3 flights of stairs and across the other side of the store which is less that convenient especially as I was recuperating after illness. I wouldn't... More

We found this little gem 18 months ago, such a lovely tearoom tucked away in a backstreet of Bath (rear of Milsom street) however the service has improved much since then so much so that we decided to bring our mothers here for a Mothers Day treat. For me there are just two things that would stop me giving it... More

We were spending a few days in Bath and on our first day whilst shopping decided to try Jolly’s Coffee Shop for lunch. The building is very old, as one would expect in Bath, and the board outside indicated the coffee shop is situated in the basement through the Lingerie department. Inside there are no signs anywhere saying where the... More

Food was surprisingly good, lack of stars due to poor staff relations and the single toilet situation

We went to Jollys tea rooms for a light lunch and although it was very busy they soon found us a seat. The food was presented in just a few minutes and very pleased with everything we ordered. The one thing that was very noticeable was the waitresses had no personality it was just like being served by robots. No... More

On 3rd December 2016 me and 9 ladies travelled to Bath as part of my 40th celebrations. I booked a pamper suite for the group and had the full make-up package. Liz Watson and her team were absolutely fantastic, tending to our needs and making my birthday celebrations feel special. We were greeted with Prosecco on arrival along with orange... More

The chap in perfume department is the most clued up I know outside of London, needing a special occasion perfume to replace something no longer made. His knowledge was superb, I ended up with a Creed perfume and an everyday one. Not through hard selling. The store is a gem.

AWFUL! Manageress Kay showed no interest and was dismissive towards me and her colleague. Carpet assessment booked with Craig (who was lovely) for 30/09/16, a week later. I Phoned in on 30th @ 9am for idea of where I was on the job sheet, as requested to by Craig. Rob didn't look or check up; said I would get a... More

The lunchtime food in the restaurant is very good and we imagine the service is normally very good as well. Unfortunately we had a bad time all because of one particular waitress. My wife ordered a 'Garden Salad' for her lunch, but only a very small 'Side Salad' was served. The waitress argued profusely with us that she had not... More
