Interesting place with beautiful views and lots of caves and tunnels to explore. It is a long walk for children and our three year old was very tired by the end, but walked much further than normal as it was so exciting. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the cafe does very nice cake!

Smashing walk and fantastic views across Shropshire and Cheshire. The follies remind us of Victorian extravagance as well as Narnia.

An nice, interesting walk, some good views, easy enough for most people. Perhaps a little pricey for what it is. The local golf club is a good place to eat/drink.

good trek to excite and exhaust kids of all ages with a cafe at the end. Take their mobile phones and I pads off them and open their eyes to nature.

Walked around the follies with our family and dog - a great amble in the sunshine. Great place for a picnic too

We took 3 children here who were initially reluctant knowing we were 'going on a walk', however once inside the excitement of finding the next item kept them entertained and interested. Not suitable for pushchairs, makes an interesting walk in a beautiful location.

The moment you start walking from the entrance /shop / cafe (fab food by the way) you know you're in for. Magical walk! We have visited several times, and this year arranged for an 8 year olds birthday party there. The party was amazing, taught Archery by Barry, a picnic and free access to the grounds, the kids loved it.... More

First time here with our 6 yr old son on Wednesday and although we really enjoyed the caves and Santa,The guy who drove us from the hotel to the Follies was miserable, putting it mildly. He asked if we had been before and then went on to say he had been doing it for 4 years and moaning how intense it... More
