Nipped in for a quick look round and was captivated by this beautiful church. Helpful volunteers were present to offer information sheets and answer questions. Lots to see, would have definitely stayed longer if I'd had more time. Looking forward to going again.

An absolutely stunning and beautiful church with a very peaceful feeling. A visit up the tower is also recommended - 200 back-breaking steps but worth it for the view at the top!'

A beautiful parish church which resembles a cathedral. Friendly guide inside with an offer of a leaflet to support our visit. We climbed the tower at the cost of £8 for two adults. Spectacular views from the top but not for the faint hearted. A rather claustrophobic spiral staircase of 200 steps with a rope handle up. Stunning stain glass... More

St Laurence's is a medieval church in the heart of Ludlow and its tower can be seen high above the other buildings. It's a delightful Church crammed full of history and there are various knowledgeable people within who are more than happy to discuss its history, though at the entrance there is a very informative video to watch as well....
