I’d only recommend if you had the annual pass we was only in there around 20 minutes but didn’t watch the film at the end , it was interesting to walk around and our children were looking at the items on show (10&8) but wouldn’t...More

The museum gives a short overview of the Ironbridge area, and is probably best visited at the start of a trip.

It is small but has a scale model of the whole of the gorge when working and shows a film of the gorge in it's heyday.

Unfortunately the building was closed when we visited but I really admired the outside with its castellated columns.Will try to get inside next time I'm in the area.

While this was an interesting place to visit, I would describe it more as a visitors centre than a museum.There were some historical artefatcs, but mostly it was information boards and tableaus. I learned a lot, but it wasn't really what I expected to see...More

There were people with dogs in the Victorian Village but not sure about rest of museums.
