Although I live just a few miles away, this was my first visit. My friend and I spent quite a bit of time in the vintage clothes shop - spotting items very similar to those worn in our younger days! I must confess that I...More

Great place to browse the antiques and then have afternoon tea. We had tea, coffee and a homemade cake - Victoria sponge - was very good indeed! The coffee was just a regular filter coffee, I think. We are so spoilt with modern coffee places,...More

What a great place to browse, full of interesting antiques and curios AND for the most part reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

Popped in here for a coffee an toaster. To counteract the previous review I was met with a smile from the young lady that served me. The coffee and the toastie were very enjoyable and served by another smiling young lady. Don't always believe what...More

The title sums it up but I'll emphasise. .. Go to the cafe, it's excellent value. The ice cream is superb esp the lemon. The staff are very friendly. The antique stuff is quite good but it depends on your personal taste.

Good food, old style tea in pot with cosy and strainer, nice cakes, view over the river. The wife says the antique centre is good too!

It was nice to find such a place at a tourist location, rather than the run of the mill gift shops. Inside is an ecclectic mix of craft, vintage and antique units plus a cafe! Large carpark too!
