I love the crucible because it has an authentic passion for bringing a wide range of experiences onto the stage. Needed to book for my parents who require disabled access. I was very impressed with the booking staff who were caring and fantastic at getting the best seats for me. The show was incredible with such a strong cast of... More

Plenty of room nice comfortable surroundings to watch musical shows or why not even go to watch the snooker. Very popular place for such functions so book early.

The Cristmas show at the Crucible fabulous every year. Looking forward to 2016's show Annie Get Your Gun. The stage and production are great. Being so close to the performers makes it much more enjoyable

I went to Crucible theatre to watch a semi-final Snooker World Championship match this year. We sat on the top balcony area (for players' family and friend). Spacious and airy building. Auditorium offers comfortable seating with enough legroom. All seats offer a good view and are placed on three sides of the stage (probably why World Snooker is such a success here). Plenty of toilets, which are clean and well maintained.

I first visited The Crucible Theatre in 1974 and didn't visit again until 2015 after I started working in Sheffield, and now I can't keep away. The stage juts out into the audience which makes the performances seem quite intimate. The seats at the side sometimes offer a limited view if the action is happening at the back of the... More

been here to see a number of productions. The seats are comfortable and offers great views. It has a lovely little bar which can be enjoyed before the show and also in the interval. Will be back many more times

A great little theatre that has put on some great shows both professional and amateur. Beautiful old building, great stage and auditorium and a quaint little bar only a few minutes walk from Rotherham town center and college.
