I had a cream tea here - a tad expensive, I thought, but lashings of cream, and excellent cheerful service. Really enjoyed it. Toilets do need sorting out: very basic. Didn't have the time to do a proper browse around the plants on sale, nor...More

Nice small herb orientated garden and shop but the cafe is pricy and the toilets are so very basic which was a surprise!

Visited today - managed to refrain from buying more than to pots of herbs and some culinary lavender. Coffee shop served delicious soup and sandwiches, and we especially loved the lavender shortbread.

We visit once a year to stock up on herbs for our Essex Garden. Well worth the trek to visit the Herb Garden and peruse their fantastic herb selection and pick their very knowledgeable brains.

So peaceful!! As a student aromatherapist, this was an eye opener and as someone that loves a bit serenity, this is heaven. And plants from £2. You can't beat it.
