A fascinating place to visit. You really need more than one day to enjoy it all. Our state room guide was extremely knowledgeable and told some very amusing anecdotes which helped bring it all to life. Highlight for me was the "Downstairs" tour, which, unlike so many stately homes showed that this is still a fully working palace. Well worth... More

The Blenheim Palace does look magnificent from the distance and it is really big when you look at it. The gardens and the area is nice as well for a walk and you dont need to pay or anything to just wonder around. The visit itself is nice too, you walk through the Winston Churchill exhibition first as he was... More

This was our second visit to Blenheim as we were returning to make use of the annual passes we got last August. We did a tour of the Duke of Marlborough's Private Apartments which was fantastic - you got a real sense of how they live in such palatial surroundings. Lots of lovely photos and art everywhere. As well as... More

We arrived at the Palace as it opened and it was closing as we left. We went on the Upstairs and the Downstairs tours. Visited the The Hidden Story exhibition with its interactive displays, video projects and animatronic characters. Later we took the little steam train to the pleasure gardens, 50p for adults and children under 5 ride free of... More

We have visited Blenheim many times and have never been dissapointed. Our most recent visit yet again gave us a very enjoyable day out. Starting with a coffee in the Oxfordshire pantry and soft drinks for the kids which was nice, although we have found anything more than a drink can be quite expensive. A lovely relaxing walk down to... More

A great day out. We used a tesco voucher was accepted at the gate no questions asked. We were also advised that the green cabin inside the property would exchange our ticket for a year pass for free which we did no problem. We go there nice and early on a cold but dry bright day. Was lovely to have... More

As it was a sunny dry day we decided to visit Blenheim again. If you pay full price you can exchange your ticket to cover admission for a year for no extra cost. We like to walk in the extensive garden and the secret garden is a favourite. The snowdrops are out now.

Only ground floor rooms are open to public so a little disappointing when paying £25 each entry fee in February as the poor weather means its impossible to get good value out of the gardens either. The Indian Room restaurant looked interesting but we only tried coffee and scones in the Lakeside cafe. Passable scones. Not great coffee though! Shame.... More

We recently visited Blenheim Palace & even though the weather was not good, we enjoyed a wonderful day. We had a tour of the bedrooms & our guide Charles was very welcoming. He told us so much about the history of Blenheim & made the tour so enjoyable. Also our tour of the State Rooms was very interesting. All the... More

We are annual members that live locally so live coming to the Palace. It was the day after our wedding in Woodstock and we had friends and family around so about 13 of us all headed round. Delightful whatever the weather
