Very picturesque English village that has a 12th century church that is worth seeing. Fantastic stone bridge over the river and the Thames path is accessible. Fantastic place to stop off and have an ale in the pub.

This village is on the southern border of Oxford and is very picturesque. There is a 12 th century church worth seeing. We enjoyed refreshments in the quaint Head of river Inn.

This a beautiful, quiet, relaxing spot with several pubs serving good food. The walk to Oxford along the river is gorgeous and takes forty minutes although there are also plenty of buses. It's a lovely place to stay just out of the bustle of Oxford....More

We came here to lunch at The Prince of Wales Pub and found this village to be pretty. A small village with narrow roads so do drive through slowly. Enjoyed looking at the surrounding and buildings. It was a wonderfully mild end of October day...More
