Visited here on a day trip to Oxford. It was a lovely sunny day and perfect to explore the college and grounds. Enjoyed a cuppa and cake in the cafe by the river, too. It was a lovely place to visit.

I really enjoyed walking around the college grounds. the grass/gardens are so well kept and beautiful. The building and chapel are divine. would highly recommend visiting. there is an entrance fee for visitors so do pay attention to the time as you cannot visit the dining hall during the lunch hours and that was not shared at the entrance

I visited a few of the colleges while I was in Oxford and this was my favourite. How lucky are the students who get to spend their days wondering around these beautiful buildings, cloisters and gardens. Imagining having a deer park in your backyard! There was still a lot of autumn colour when I visited and I took my time wondering the extensive grounds, the meadow and Fellows Garden. The deer were a delight to watch as were the many squirrels and birds in the gardens. Staff on the gate were friendly and helpful and the entry fee, around £10 was well worth it.

This is a beautiful place to visit- combining stunning architecture with immaculately manicured lawns and a lovely unspoilt riverside walk past a Deerpark. I was fortunate to visit at a quiet time of the day and the weather was warm and sunny. The porters were so friendly too- providing me with a map and explaining where I should go to access the grounds.

Spending over an hour in the vast campus was fabulous. So much to see and admire. Fabulous architecture is everywhere, spanning the centuries from its 1458 founding. There are famous Towers, notably Magdalen and Founders’. A great chapel is reverential with an awe inspiring choir and much statuary and stained glass. It was great to see the Hall, set for dining. Traditional, there are numerous portraits of past notables plus more modern ones. A deer park is expansive, verdant and sylvan. Numerous of the endearing animals were dining or post lunch relaxing.
