Recently visited the arena for Russell Howard's round the World Tour. The arena has excellent facilities, I was pleasantly surprised that the food and drink was reasonably priced a rarity in these sort of places. The arena offers great views wherever you are sitting. The one thing that really lets the arena down is the lack of parking facilities that... More

I am a fan of Ice Hockey and for 3 years have come to Nottingham for the Play Off Weekends. The Arena is quite big, easy to get to and the seating is comfortable (for an arena). Unfortunately it does take a while to get served if the arena is full however the food and drink is good and not... More

I had a query regarding a ticket purchase at the Arena. The staff on the Arenas twitter page were incredibly helpful and answered a question really quickly. I'm travelling from Cornwall to the arena and now feel very excited to go, knowing the staff were able to help me beforehand. Thank you guys.

Went with a friend to see Andre Rieu, fantastic concert and was so pleased it went on an extra half an hour. Nice to be able to get an ice cream at the interval and also a drink.

Excellent arena to watch any concert, great view wherever you sit and the cost is always much cheaper than some of the larger arenas

The good new is that there is a lift for a wheelchair. However being an Arena there are a LOT of steps. Wheelchair users are looked after. The bar is handy however we did not use it, so cannot say anything about prices. You can get a great view from most angles so definitely plus there.

Another year another disappointing visit to the arena ... I understand that the staff are under pressure during this weekend but I always find a majority of the employees as impersonal and unfriendly ... even on the VIP level the staff outside lift are disinterested and are too busy chatting to scan tickets BUT if you try and raise their... Came here recently to watch Craig David. Had a great night. There are a few bars within walking distance to grab a bite to eat or get a drink before the show. Venue is a sufficient size where you can sit down or stand and still have a good view. Staff were friendly and on hand if needed. Security checks... More
