Brewhouse can be visited mid week for guided tours if arranged at Nottingham Castle in advance. Minimum in group 10 so you could get a gang together and visit

An interesting step back in time. Lots of things to see set out on 2 floors. We could remember a few of them too. Artifacts from all walks of life including the pharmacy, bootmaker, laundry, corner shop and hairdressers (some of which looked pretty dangerous!)....More

Very informative and enjoyable museum for little money. Great thing to do in Nottingham, friendly staff and would recommend. Lots of history about Nottingham as well as some more information on the caves, Victorian life and even a WW2 shelter! Good for families too.
