If you have £7.95 and 20 minutes free - well worth a visit. My daughter found it interesting so job done :)

With 3 children they were all keen to see the caves and they certainly didn't disappoint, much enjoyed by the adults too. Tour guide was very good and told the story of the caves brilliantly holding the interest of all of us. Fascinating history. We did not realise how popular the caves were and we found when arriving at 2pm... More

Great place to visit if your interested in local history. Tour lasted 40mins and was well worth it. Very informative and even my 8 year old loved it. She didn't really understand what it was all about but loved walking through the caves. I initially thought we'd be walking under the streets of Nottingham but you only go in a... More

The tour is not very long so it is perfect if you have a lot of sightseeing plans to fit into a single day. The tour guide was personable and was patient enough to wait whilst lots of pictures were taken. If you have young children I would definitely recommend but as a lone traveler I enjoyed this and would... More

This was a great place to visit, I've always wanted to go, the kids loved it and got an activity sheet of things to find. It was a guided tour and very educational and funny. Very interesting to hear about all the uses of the caves.

Interesting, but could do with being upgraded as some of the experience was not particularly well kept.

Early Sunday morning we were guided, it was an interesting tour but for 40minutes for the tour it was quite expensive.

This is a good activity for inclimate weather as it's all underground. Even if the sun is shining, do not miss this attraction!! Very interesting tour and only takes about 45 minutes. Entrance is in the Broadmarsh Shopping Centre, an easy walk from the train station. Buy the combo ticket for Galleries of Justice (another great place to visit!) to... More

I am a great fan of caves, and these are amongst the best I've visited. A strange place, with some parts of the caves above ground level (You have to be there, trust me, it's true) Not too long a visit, easy on the legs, and with a well presented and informative commentary.

Well I never knew that there were 650 caves beneath Nottingham and all man made. They include a 16 Century tannery and WW2 air raid shelters, it was fascinating. Our guide was very good and knowledgeable, hard hats are provided as some of the sandstone rocks ceilings are low. I think it was around £8.50 for an adult but not... More
