Second visit to this fascinating museum, a veritable storehouse of social history, staffed by knowledgeable, enthusiastic folk. Some steps may prove difficult for the elderly or infirm but there's plenty to appreciate at ground level.

Great to see the machines being demonstrated. Staff knowledgeable and passionate. A step back in time. Beautifully kept and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great day out paired with a walk around nearby rushcliffe country park.

A really important museum showcasing an important part of Nottingham's history. There's lots to see and learn - although it looks small on the outside!

Excellent little attraction with hands on experiences offered by knowledgeable volunteers and staff. A quiet little corner of the countryside telling the story of a dark and depressing part of local industrial history. Well worth a visit.
