Visited here for a family evening for the panto. Parked easy in the pay car park down the road. got in easy & simple. Loved the panto. Aladdin, so cheesy but so good. Also easy to get out after the event he finished.

Had a fantastic evening at the Derngate watching That'll be the Day. Had no problem with the security staff and checks, unlike one other reviewer. They were very polite and thorough which I'm totally happy with - I like to feel safe in a venue....More

Went to the theatre last Thursday and it was a great experience as always - this is a great venue and we have been going for many years now. The staff are courteous, friendly and professional.

Went to the cinema and got abused by security staff who clearly thought that cinema goers were trespassers. Disgusting treatment of their own customers , shame on you Derngate you’ve let your customers down.More

I am only going to talk about the auditorium and the seating, the seats were so uncomfortable , the foam was completely flat , your bum went straight to the wood, I had to move constantly, very distracting for me and probably the people behind...More
