Beautiful park with Victorian atmosphere. Beautiful lawns and lakes with a good network of paths. Park communicates well with cycle paths. A beautiful place to haunt in good weather.

Off the beaten track hence usually pretty quiet very peaceful, spacious gardens close to the river. An excellent cafe overlooking the gardens is a bonus.
