Well Whitby is a jewel on the North Yorkshire coast it is a sun trap as if it is raining else where it can be sunny and warm in the town. There are the 199 steps up to the Whitby Abbey on the south side of the river Esk. On the same side there are some nice shops not so... More

Visited as a family of 5 on haloween it said there was live actors so assumed it was going to be fun, there where no live actors just moving models and lights, took about 5 minutes, waste of money, a bag of chips each would have been cheaper and lasted longer!

Quite literally the best thing I've ever done. The scariest experience I've have had nightmares ever since, so not for the faint hearted. The live actor with the cloak on his head really deserves an Oscar. You could hear my screams for miles around. Can't wait to make my next visit.

I wish I had read the reviews before visiting this place. We were having a random day out in Whitby and walked by this place on our way back to the car. I am not a fan of scary things but gave in to my fears for my fiancés sake and went In to the this.... erm house?! Only a... More

One piece of advise people, don't bother!!! It's a complete waste of money and I'm not exaggerating when I say we were out in 5 mins! All it is is a few props nothing to read only story's being played over a speaker system which I suppose u could stand and listen too but u soon get bored and move... More

Folks do not waste your money on this 'experience'. We paid the entrance fee in good faith expecting a couple of hours of interesting artefacts and info about Dracula. Interestingly the ticket agent said fees were non-refundable we should have taken that as a warning as lots of people must have asked for their money back i am sure. Instead... More

This is totally rubbish, it took 2 minutes from start to finish and half of the animation didn't work. It claims to have live actors oh yeah one guy with a stinking sheet over his head put his arms up as we past, your better off spending your £3.00 on a pint. Just look at the other reviews and it... This place could be a fun interactive scary fright place with some decent input, but instead is outdated and boring
