We parked at the car park and had a gentle stroll to the falls, they were pretty spectacular due to a weekend of heavy rain. Nice spot for a picnic.

We were visiting Settle and decided to and see the falls. It was a nice day and there were only a couple of other people there so we could take photographs and just enjoy the experience.

This has to be one of the best accessible waterfalls I've ever been to. We got there around 11ish and it wasn't crowded at all. We parked in Stainforth at the car park nearby for £4.50 for the day and did the short walk over...More

Lovely waterfall, off the beaten track. Well-worth a visit, rain or shine and not too far from the town of Settle. We parked up near to some houses in Stainforth (close to the local church) and walked a short way down a narrow road. The...More

A great little place that has great waterfalls and a swimming area. Unfortunately it does get very busy on hot days and during the summer which leads to litter etc. But overall a lovely place!

Gets a bit busy in summer and not much in Stainforth but it's a nice surprise when you come around the corner. Best to visit outside of the school hols, as the force is known as a bit of a jumping spot and can get...More

We did this walk from the camp site on the first evening after we had just put the tent up. It took a couple of hours but beautiful views on the way up.

Really enjoyed our first visit to Stainforth Force on a warm May Sunday afternoon - plenty of activity, especially for those jumping off the rocks into the pool

I was there 2 weeks ago and no salmon seen at the time. We were told it was too early which was a shame.
