When I lived in Norwich the forum was not there. After I left it was built. It replaces the old Norwich Library which was lost in a devesting fire. Out of the ashes of the old libray arose this. It is slap in the middle...More

We stopped here for the Tourist Information office and had a coffee inside. It's an interesting modern building with a library and a cafe, but most of the building appears to be BBC studios. Not sure I'd go out of my way to come here...More

I can't actually remember seeing any restriction, but doesn't help you..... When I went a couple of months ago a dog was sat with it's lead outside the Tourist Information where someone had put a water bowl. That seems OK... More
