Set up on a little hill, this castle gives an okay view of the city. There was a wedding happening when we went so the grounds were very busy.

Norwich castle was fascinating. So many things to see. The initial view from the gallery was spectacular looking down on the exhibits. Prisons stories was sad but they gave you a true picture of life in those times

Went for a visit and was sadly very disappointed in what was to offer. Very overpriced and to see the main displays you pay extra. Better attractions in Norwich for far better value.

some very interesting art works and displays. Well worth a visit but the castle does not compare well with others and the building seems a bit too perfect for an old castle. The battlement tour is a must to get the best from the visit.

The museum is really well set out with a fascinating variety of exhibited. Reasonable admission for what it offers , situated central to town. Cafe nice and on ground floor.

I don't think dogs are allowed inside the castle but probably in the grounds. The castle is accessed by steps and lift from a public thoroughfare where there are seats and people have dogs on leads.
