Nothing really to do here but it's a pleasant place to sit or have a picnic on a sunny day. Surrounded by nice houses and there are the remains of Richmond Palace dating from the 1500s. When it's dry in summer the grass goes brown!

Richmond green is a small park area in Richmond town centre. It is surrounded by some interesting shops, bars, good pubs and restaurants. There is an overground station and underground railway station in Richmond and good links by bus.

It was so pleasant finding this open space in the middle of a busy place & we sat and whiled away a few hours chilling in the sun. It was very popular with all ages using it.
