Ordered a taxi for 8am at 10.30pm the night before as it was one of the few car companies I could order online. I was sceptical as I saw the reviews after I ordered but at 4.30am when I woke up I had an email from them, few emails back and forth and they confirmed my order. Very nice guy waiting for us with a sign at gatwick airport, car clean and dropped us at Heathrow Airport as planned. Good efficient experience. I've docked a star as they did keep sending me emails which I would reply to and they'd reply saying "ignore the last email, not for you" so did seem a bit disorganised on that front.

We just used the taxi but before we wanted to ask how much it will cost roughly. As we didn't have card with us. We asked the price and the driver got angry! Started shouting why we ask the price! They have good taxis but i would say rude driver(s)

Driver was there waiting for us outside costa at was very comfortable and drove us back from airport to the house in style . I would use them again

Totally ripoff. We used freenow first to book a ride, cost around 60+ pounds, however our international roaming was not set correct, had to cancel the booking since we can’t find the driver. We then used Heathrow airport taxi instead, when we were at the Taxi area, a staff wearing yellow vest, asked us where we were going, and took us to the first taxi in line, whispered to the driver: “ I told them its gonna be a long way”.
I didn’t realized what he really meant, until I found the price had hit 68 pounds when we were only about 1/3 of the distance. I asked driver to change the destination, drop us off somewhere nearby, however, the driver said we can’t do that, since we already told the staff in yellow vest the destination, it’s their responsibility to take us to that place. (Wow) We got ripped off 155 pounds for this trip! It’s not my first time to take taxi at thes airport, but in London? Lesson learned.

The black cab taxi rank was easy to find, however I will be using Uber in the future as NONE of the cabs wanted to take me to our destination 20 minutes from the airport as it was not worth the trip or charge us well over double for the honour of it! None of the staff were helpful at all and the best suggestion was to book an Uber. Not what I was expecting and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Uber however was easy to find and much more reliable/helpful. It really has put me off black cabs. My advice, don’t bother with the black cabs and get the Uber app if you are going outside of London city centre

very bad experience!
I ordered a taxi to pick us from Heathrow to central london. They asked us for a credit card. The driver didn't show up on time didn't notify us and we had to find another taxi.
When I called the company they said that they will refund us partially and not with the full price.

We booked Airport Wincars, based in West Drayton, and ,despite us having a 3 hour delay on our flight, the driver was there bang on time. He then drove very carefully and with skill and took us the one hour drive to Harlow. Excellent service.

Charged absolutely extortionate fees. Do not advise anyone to use Heathrow Black cab services Ltd. Got charged ÂŁ224 for an hours journey, no traffic due to lockdown, not in peak times no option of a fixed fare was given. Having had to travel back from work, being a key worker, just wanted to get home after a long week.

Really cannot pick out any faults with the service provided. Booked a taxi for my friends and I (3 of us) via HeathrowTaxi.net earlier this week from Heathrow Terminal 5 to Dover Cruise Terminal 1.
Long ride but a stress-free one, suited and booted driver was waiting for us at the assigned pick up point of Costa Coffee with our name sign just as stated in the email sent to us the very same day, thanks for the speedy responses!
Price was cheaper than most other companies I had searched for online and really appreciated the fact that they did not reduce their standards due to their low, competitive prices, (from the comments I've seen for other taxi companies, drivers not arriving on time is worryingly common).
Would like to thanks Matt for his professionalism and assisting us from making the booking/payment online to sending the rather important email the same day and ensuring us of a on time pick up.

Booked a car to meet me off my flight at 7pm. At 7.15pm there was no sign of the driver so I called the company, to be told that he would be another 20 minutes due to traffic. Eventually arrived at 7.50pm. This company charges an additional ÂŁ10 fee for meet and greet which did not happen, yet they refuse to refund this additional charge.

Does anyone know if there is a private taxi stand at Heathrow-where I can get a private taxi instead of a black cab (as ive heard black cabs are expensive), I don't want to pre-book a taxi incase my flight is delayed,- i only want to hail a taxi when im there? I will be travelling from Heathrow into Central London. Many Thanks

I don’t know how far it is but heath taxi will give you a quote online before you book any thing. They are very reliable, just check their website. Also when my plans changed on my way back to the airport I found them very flexible and more than accommodating.I plan to use them anytime I’m in London
