I saw The Secret Garden at the King's Head theatre long time ago and I thought The Secret Garden show was brilliant because I thought Jordan Lee Davies was brilliant as Dickon and Martin Dickinson was amazing with his character Dr Neville Craven. It was...More

We were at the Kings Head last night for a play which started at 7pm, so wanted to eat before hand having read so many positive reviews of their food. We arrived just before 6pm, and tried to order 2 cheese and hand toasties, only...More

Nice place to grab a beer and sit outside. Great people watching on Upper Street. Interesting atmosphere inside. Very relaxed.

A surprising experience. A pint after work and an opera (The Magic Flute) delivered by an outstanding cast of professional singers. The pub is cramped but so are most London pubs after work hours. A pint of Young's allows one to blend into the fun....More

Popped in for a few beer with a friend Friday afternoon. Really friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful old and atmospheric pub. Will defiantly return next time in in the area.

Despite only being a mile from the Emirates, this venue appears more popular with rugby fans rather than football ones. However, for those seeking a decent pint, or a trip to one of London's more historic theatres, this venue will prove worthwhile.

The King's Head used to be my local in the 1970s, so it was good to return after a long absence. The old Pound Shillings and Pence cash register has now gone alas, as well as the guy who insisted on using it, thus causing...More

We had reserved tables for lunchtime, for a group of 14. When we arrived, we decided to order food. Only a small range of sandwiches, toasties and sharing boards available on the menu, which was fine by us. We all ordered within a few minutes...More
