Is a very upmarket classy spa albeit very small. Booked spa lunch offer including glass of champagne for £150 use of spa and treatment. There is a steam and sauna tropical shower relaxation room and small pool with jets. There apparently is a pool which we were not shown which was a shame. Massage was amazing one of the best... Treated my husband and I to a special Christmas gift - two sets of massages. We were told we had to book a minimum of 80mins to use the full amenities - so I did hoping that I would benefit from a much needed longer pampering session: Pros + Nice central location - very convenient to get to on the... I spent a delightful half-day at the spa as a birthday treat, and what a treat it was! I've been to many spas, and this was certainly up there amongst the best. The facilities are superb, with thoughtful attention to detail in evidence throughout. I arrived a good hour before my treatments to enjoy a swim in the 17m pool,... More

I booked my a luxury spa day for my partners birthday. On arrival with her sister they were told the therapists hadn't turned up they were unable to have there appointment. They travelled especially into London for this. Since then its been nothing short of a disgrace. Countless phonecalls to the promise of call backs from managers to know one... More

The Spa @ Mandarin Oriental is spread across two basement floors in the Mandarin Oriental hotel; a stone throw fro Kensington underground station. Following a review of their spa packages and other alternatives for an afternoon spa experience I booked the Tea & Therapy package which I would highly recommend for a couple or a catchup with friends. The Tea... More

We had a wonderful day at the Spa. Quiet, great service, good massage and fantastic facial. We found the Spa luxurious and clean and really didn't find anything substandard. There are separate men's and women's changing, pool/sauna/steam room areas that are not vast but do the job. Swimming costumes are not necessary but choice is yours. Pricey, but great to... More

I last visited this Spa a few times in 2009, and it was fully up to the 5-star standard then. Since then I have visited dozens of luxury spas across the world, before visiting this spa again. Unfortunately, this Spa is no longer a 5-star spa. The treatment itself was still very good, since the personnel is courteous and professional.... More

Excellent facilities, top notch therapists and consistently good results. The place never seems to be crowded so one feels exclusive to be using the Sauna, Jacuzzi etc... High quality products used everywhere and I have had some of my top body treatments at this place... Highly recommended .

Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighbourhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
