The annual design fair 100% Design at Olympia has grown in size since it started a few years ago, but in doing so has lost the focus and edge. Perhaps there are now too many of these shows and many of the innovations of past...More

100% Design claims to be the largest and longest running design trade event for industry professionals in the UK. For professionals who visit other design events such as the Orgatec in Cologne or the show in Milan this is a small one, it only takes...More

Great exhibition of a wide range of contemporary design, including a section on new designers, but in its new venue over two floors it has become too large and the flow from one section to the other is confusing, although they try with changes in...More

This exhibition is the showcase for many brilliant, cutting edge designers - but half the size it has been in previous years. The Earls Court part of the exhibition is more main stream and commercial with the TENT London part in east London being much...More

100% Design is one hundred percent design. OK, maybe 99% design and 1% percent sandwiches and soft drinks. You can see a lot of really beautiful products and if you are into interior design, you should visit it without any hesitation.

South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque
white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's

Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely
child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to
mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall)
such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
