Quite the institution and a rather unique store selling more unique products than you’d find readily elsewhere. It’s always busy but there’s plenty of staff on hand if you need help. The only frustration is the exceptionally slow lifts, but this helps to remind you of the historic nature of the building. Certainly a store that you should admire from the outside, even if you don’t go shopping inside!

Wonderful shop at the back entrance with lots of great British items, teas and treats. Gorgeous architecture and history becomes the displays for this incredibly unique store! The building itself contains beautiful woodwork and antiques that become stunning displays. Don’t miss the famous Liberty fabrics! Must visit at Christmas as the shop is magical! Wander amongst the creative displays - you will find something unique.

Love this place so much, it’s such an inspiring place to visit. My daughters interested in fabrics and fashion and it’s almost like an exhibition there is so much amazing content there. It’s also an amazing building in the heart of London. Fantastic.

I have been in Liberty's London many times over the years but had planned a London Christmas lights walk with my husband and our dog so was looking at dog friendly shops and was surprised to find that Liberty's was. To be sure I contacted Liberty's customer service and got a very prompt, friendly response from Kate to assure me that was the case. We visited and had a good wander around the shop which I've always thought of as classic and beautiful. We got some lovely Christmas presents while there. The only thing I would say is that I did look at the windows/doors on entry and nowhere did it say the store was dog friendly. Much enjoyed though and recommended for anyone if ever in the area with or without dog,

It is a lovely shop with lots of interesting things to look at. There are toilets but not enough for the customers so trying to get one is no easy feat Lots of pretty things to look at. Particular in household where things are more unusual. My only issue with place is the heating was on full so was quite uncomfortable

What am amazing building. We really enjoyed the experience and got some unusual gifts to take home. The floor layout is oddly charming but the architecture is what you have to inhale and let your mind wonder to past times. It's a must to visit when in London.

I try to come here every time I visit London because it is so much more than a shop and I love the atmosphere! I received a wonderful service by a lady in the jewellery department. I find that Liberty has products which I do not find in other shops in London.

Adore liberty from its history to its products to its identity. I tend to pop in to see the fabrics or sniff around the perfume section as there’s some great relatively niche selections. Always a fun little trip.

A London must visit. As iconic as Fortnums or Harrods. Whilst the other half is getting help and advice on perfumes and make up, admire the amazing architecture. Love the hanging light in the stairwell and the period fire hydrants.

Beautiful as always. But the lady on the sunglasses counter needs to check herself! Always a nice thing to mooch around Liberty, the lady on Skin Rocks was awesome and gave us a few samples, as a friend, in TV, had recommended it to us. The lady on the sunglasses counter was very frosty to say the least, everyone else were wonderful.
