My now fiancee and I visited various jewelers in Hatton Garden and London and The Diamond Shop was actually the first place we visited and subsequently returned to, to purchase my fiancees absolutely beautiful engagement ring. We found everywhere else were only interested in taking money up front and with no emphasis on customer satisfaction and the personal touch. Both... More

Heera have excellent customer service on the shop floor. My wife and I were shopping for wedding bands around Hatton Gardens and were quoted prices around the £2000 mark for our custom-made rings. Heera almost halved that price and that was before any haggling. We were told that our rings would take up to two weeks to arrive in store.... More

It's not nearly as large as Manhattan's diamond district, but it's tightly packed and easy to navigate. If you are in the market for an engagement or wedding ring, this is a great place to start. It pays to shop around, though, as prices and quality vary greatly from store to store. It's worth doing some research before you go.

If I could give a zero rating on the service and quality of the work of the ring at Brown & Kings, I would. Similar to the poor rating which they received below from one reviewer, the initial purchase went well and the guy was very helpful (did not catch his name, but as there are always two gents in... Hatton Garden is the perfect spot for diamond ring shopping. There are numerous streets, with many jewellers and shops. I knew straight away that this was going to be the best place for me to find a diamond ring. Although you can pick up any type of jewellery here, diamond rings and watches are prominent. It’s really convenient too. I... More

great place to learn and gain knowledge. Also perfect to see what styles are available and most people are very friendly and willing to offer help and guidance. Ended up purchasing from Abrahams Jeweller. Great team that provided me with exactly what I asked for.

Having bought my wife engagement ring, both wedding rings and an eternity ring from Alexander Craig's I've just been in to have my wedding band polished as I was in town. It appears they are under new ownership and it's fair to say the change has not been for the better. Initially advised as a 30 min job I returned... More

This store is fantastic! It is small in size but has a fantastic inventory of diamonds and colored stones. The gentlemen working in the store were so knowledgeable and incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will definitely visit the shop again on my next visit to London.

I was absolutely delighted to find my perfect engagement ring at Elegance Jewellers on 26 June 2016. It was a beautiful 0.81ct emerald cut diamond in a white gold four claw setting. The ring was resized and I collected it on 30 June having paid in cash. I was thrilled and showed everyone my ring. Unfortunately by the 5th September... More
