We knew it would be crazy on a Saturday in December and it really was, totally packed out. However they had LOADS of staff around and we had a really fun time. So many demonstrations and things you can play with.

It was an experience but it was crazy all floors were rammed packed full with shoppers you were literally following the flow of shoppers

It’s like a circus. There’s like 6 or 7 floors filled with all the toys you can think of. And kids and employees and parents running around like crazy. It’s insane. But totally worth it. My son loved it.

Very poor show from Hamleys...small room with cardboard hanging on walls. Staff good but the decorating was like something out of a magazine

Iconic toy store in central London. Six floors of toys for kids of all ages. Gravity-defying and Star Wars sections were most interesting for us. A must visit for Star Wars fans. Allow a couple of hours.

Will never go back. I was offered a free gift for spending £35 but when I checked my receipt after the fact...I was charged £12.50.....for something I didn't even want. NOT A FAN!!

And Star Wars too ! London's famous toy story can be pricey and crowded but it's so worth visiting. Lots of ideas a few exclusives

Kids and adults had a great time around the store, staff were interactive, plenty to see and do. When our daughter lost her toy, customer services couldn't have handled the situation any better, and made her day when she got it back (from an elf!)

Located on Regents street in London, Hamleys is a massive shop full of toys and more toys. And even toys for adults. Fantastic spectacle. This shop can get extremely busy and you should expect crowds.

I'm sorry but Hamleys is a toy store and they don't sell any wedding clothes.
