We started from Little Venice, and walked to Kings Cross, this is a quiet backwater, flat and easy walking, it passes through diverse areas from local authority housing to multi million pound mansions, often within yards of each other. You do appreciate a different view of the city from here. Dry bright weather helped too. Lunched in Camden and enjoyed... More

If you have the time and energy, take a long walk along Regent's Canal, looking at the variety of houseboats moored along it, and stop for coffee at the Pavilion Cafe in Victoria Park. A free, non-touristy London experience.

There are beautiful, large period houses in Bloomfield road, between the Regent's Park canal and the road. A leisurely walk on flat ground beside the canal can be taken; alternatively a walk, either side of the canal, on the Bloomfield road or Maida Avenue pavements, with their leafy trees, involves a steep incline from Little Venice to Lisson Grove, which... We walked west from Camden market. There was no boat traffic this time of year, but there were a handful of boats moored along the way to look at. Mostly bicycle and joggers. The water was very quiet with little traffic or city noises. This is a very easy walk as it is flat. There are limited opportunities to leave... More

A lovely stroll with friends and family, especially on a sunny, dry day - though a little rain also brings that familiar London feel to it. So peaceful and tranquil, the surrounding boathouses and warehouse homes makes you want to move there! Been house-hunting in the area since, also cycle-friendly on parts of the pavement, and connects to a number... More

Walked ( sauntered) from Camden Lock to Little Venice. lucky to have a Beautiful Autumn morning; sun reflecting on the canal, bridges, shadows, trees turning, amazing photography opportunities. A few people running cycling, walking, but more or less had the walk to ourselves. Camden Market at one end offers a world of taste for eating, and Little Venice at the... More

The Regents Canal offers a scenic walk in an attractive setting and also offering a look into an interesting part of London's past. Nice place to spend some outdoor time in the city.

Regent's canal is one of London's hidden gems. If the Thames is too mainstream for you, you will love walking at this beautiful canal. The views vary from industrial, council buildings to modern architectural buildings, cute cafes and of course some wildlife! You can go from Little Venice (West) to Victoria Park (East) and even further. You will see locals,... More

A walk on regent canal was a wonderful experience. A long walk of about 4 kilometres along the canal refreshes you. See how they manage different levels of water in the canal to transport boats. Walk in peace, away from hustle and bustle of the markets, enjoy water birds, and see people canoeing. Very good Sunday pass time. And it... More
