Had an extremely relaxing and amazing time at the Montcalm Spa. Facilities were very impressive and overall cleanliness was to an extremely high standard. Absolutely loved the pool with the wave settings so you can select speed and literally swim on the spot. The number of people using the spa was also reasonable and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

the area with the pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna is a great place to unwind after a long day. Lovely warm pool, hot and cold showers

My partner and I visited the Spa with a voucher I had for Champagne Spa day, the hotel its self is pure luxury however we would say the spa is very average. The staff there were very friendly and helpful, they provide you with slippers and a towel, explaining where everything is however the changing rooms are small so if... More

Despite the grand entrance and impressive decor, our visit to this spa left us feeling particularly glad we had come using a wowcher. The changing rooms do not lead through to the pool and we weren't given instructions past the changing area so immediately felt a bit lost, which isn't a biggie but better instruction could have been provided. Once... More

I've used this hotel for spa days, lunch and afternoon teas with my boyfriend and with friends. It has a luxury feel without being patronising or overly attentive. The spa is a great way to relax after a hectic week and fabulous if followed by a lunch or afternoon tea in the restaurant. Service is great and the atmosphere fresh... More

Came here on a Groupon offer yesterday just to check it out. Had high hopes upon arriving at the beautiful townhouse on pretty Wallenberg Place. The floral arrangement in the lobby was absolutely gorgeous! The front desk courteously guided us to the lift leading to the Spa/gym area downstairs which, although small, was inviting and had a relaxing vibe. That... More

Myself & my friend went here for the start of our 30th birthday celebration. We started the day with lunch which was gorgeous we chose the steak and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Once lunch was done we went off to the spa, the changing room was tiny and floor covered in hair ( gross ) we were given a... More

I had booked this at the end of 2015 as a gift for my mother. I did the booking for abroad and the team were incredibly helpful in making all of the arrangements for it to be special surprise for her. She thoroughly enjoyed the VIP service and treatments and I couldn't be happier for their teams efforts to pamper... More

We visited the Spa at The Montcalm with the virgin experience spa voucher - pamper day and champagne lunch for two. The Spa was in a great location, easy to find and in a lovely area of London. Staff at reception were OK thought their customer services would be more on point seeing as it as advertised as 5* ,... More

My mother and I had afternoon tea for two and use of the Spa facilities for the afternoon. The tea was fantastic, the staff were lovely and the spa was lovely and quiet. Would highly recommend. A minute walk from Marble Arch underground station. Perfect.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
