The nacho cheese was cold and me and my friend have subsequently suffered from stomach aches. Legally the cheese should be piping hot and at a certain temperature. We were unable to finish the nachos however the woman serving us was very friendly. Really bad...More

This is a very dated Cinema which needs serious upgrading. The service was absolutely awful. From the person that served us popcorn & tickets, to the person who checked our tickets. Everyone is grumpy and rude. The screen we were in (5) smelt of petrol...More

Smells, dated and the popcorn tasted like it was made a week ago. Way, way overpriced for what it is. An absolute dump.

With the reduced Mon-Thurs ticket now just gone up from £6 to nearly £9 this rather peculiar Odeon no longer seems so cheap and cheerful but grim and pricey. Your now better off going somewhere else nearby for a little extra.

Nice staff, not a lot of people! Great... well don't expect the latest 4DX technology but time to time it is nice to get back in time

It was my childhood cinema and although the box office is gone, the customer service was as brill as ever. Staff were very good and welcoming, screen was tidy and clean. Likely to go back soon. Two adult tickets £22 on a Saturday.

I went to see beauty and the beast with the hubby last week and we'd booked our tickets online. Get didn't fancy and drinks or popcorn but I noticed there was a Ben and Jerry's stand. I love ice cream so decided that's what I...More

Not sure why I always end up in a smelly sala. The rooms are cozy but most of the time there is a strong smell of damp.

After a lovely meal at a local restaurant thought it will be a nice way to end the evening with a stop at the odeon. The film was good but the cinema could really do with some updating. With a musky old smell and creaky...More
