A great place to come for a stroll or to bring kids to let off steam. On Sunday mornings at 10am there is a park fun run - well organised, really encouraging youngsters, some of whom were very impressive (they certainly put me to shame!)

We've heard from others about this park from sometime that a perfect place for kids. They've got proper facilities for different groups if kids, however, manners are lacking there as kids scramble regardless whether their guardians are there or not. We prefer somewhere calm and...More

Pretty park with golf and tennis table. It also has a lot of activities for children. Good to spend some hours reading a book.

A smallish park full of wonderful things.. It has two great kids parks (sand based) & (adventure) with zip wire, it has a open air paddling pool in the summer months, an array of sculptures, a bandstand and a small farm with goats, rabbits, chicken,...More

This park is just great. So many things for children to do . There is even a sandpit. The pool was shut and I don't know why. The cafe served an excellent menu and I had the vegetarian quiche and it was the best one...More

I have been coming here for 40 years. This is a lovely park with a really nice pitch and putt course during the summer plus tennis courts and a children's farm. There is a small and formal quiet garden in the South East corner plus...More
