Managed to squeeze this in just before latest restrictions were changed. The communication was swift and clear which was very appreciated. Entrance is clearly marked and easy to find, check in was swift and easy. Shoes and harnesses were provided and the instructions on how to wear it was very clear. The climb itself was great, requires a moderate level of fitness but we never felt rushed and our guide was very informative. The views from the top were amazing and we were given plenty of time to take photos and walk around the whole viewing deck. Very fun experience and would recommend

My girlfriend and I climbed the o2 as part of our anniversary celebrations on the 5th December. It was organised very well to adhere to Covid restrictions and provide social distancing and our guide George couldn't be more helpful, funny or informative if he tried. The climb itself is relatively easy and the views and experience are worth the climb even if you're scared at the prospect. I would definitely go again to experience it in a different season and time of day.

We came the weekend lockdown was lifted and it was brilliant. Our guide George was very funny and extremely knowledgeable - he put the entire group we were with at ease and everyone had a great time. We got to the top just as the sun was setting and the views were awesome to enjoy with a glass of bubbly! As soon as we got back down to level ground we both agreed we want to return in summer to see it at another time of day. Definitely worth the money, highly recommend!

Climbed the o2 on the 12th December for a birthday treat and Fran was so helpful and patient. I have a knee condition which gives way quiet abit, this mixed with wet weather and it probably wasn’t the best combo but Fran stayed close to me throughout the whole experience, making me feel so comfortable and enjoy the experience. I don’t think I would have enjoyed it as much as I did without Fran! She’s an asset to the company for sure and I would definitely do it again with her! So thank you to Fran-you really made me enjoy the whole experience!

We climbed over the O2 on 12th Dec for my husband’s birthday - just “for something to do” as we live round the corner and can go anytime but never have. We both have to say it was fantastic and we had an amazing time - honestly it was the best thing we’ve done for ages and our climb guide Fran was superb - really knowledgeable and clear with the instructions and a very friendly person It was a fabulous time and we even bought the photos!!!
