A good mix of shops - including independents as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. Also some nice galleries I especially like the walk by the river into Hammersmith Well worth a visit

This is one of my favourite areas of West London. It's got a great feel to it. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants (some independent). I sometimes prefer going to chiswick than travelling into central London.
