We bought VUE discount tickets which state "Use on whatever film you fancy!". Do not believe this, these cannot be used on whatever film, they will find exceptions as they did in our case. Ended up having to pay full price for more tickets, and to just see another film. Customer services also refused any sort of refund. Definitely not... More

Went to see Hacksaw Ridge. The film and sound was great but we couldnt sit on our designated seats because they were broken and so were others we tried. Found a couple of seats nearer the front which were ok but not comfy for a 2 hour film. Everything else was good including helpful staff and clean toilets.

I would highly recomend this cinema, because the price is good in comparism to what you get and the staff is nice. Even though the prices for the snaks are very high, you have a good time in a very professional cinema. And it's better to have high prices for the snaks because like that nobody gets annoyed while the... More

Bought the tickets in person and was able to pick the specific seats. Seats were very comfortable. Viewing is helped by the change in height of each row so you look over the heads in front of you, not between them. The ROH performance was outstanding. Did not buy any overpriced stuff, but brought my own. Recommended.

We are local habitants of angel and the vue cinema has been our local cinema for a few years. However we watched a film over the past weekend and arguably had one the poorest experiences to date. The prices have become so extortionately expensive. We paid £35 for 2 tickets. Whilst being seated the floor was covered in spilt drinks... More

I would like to say big thank you to Binot and his coworker of Harrow Vue Cimena who were very helpful in assisting me and a team of paramedics when my friend was taken ill after last nights performance. Exceptional care, kindness and help of these boys was amazing. Thank you!

I booked online to view a film, however an error message appeared advising that they could not reserve my seats, however i may have been charged for the transaction.I went onto my online banking and sure enough i could see that the transaction was pending, so i rang up the customer service centre to advise. There was no answer, so i... This was supposed to be a December movie treat during the festive season with the wife. Sounds pretty straightforward and should not need to trigger a review... But at that level of rudeness and incompetence someone needs to act. Food and drinks are ridiculously expensive but that is how they make money and you don't have to eat or drink... More

Me & my wife regular haunt for movies once a month and mainly due to the lovely seats and comfort ( hence 2 stars). However cannot say the same about customer service and queues. Over the months unfortunately the place has become a mess and like a playground for ..................and so on! Fairly confident a mystery shopper will be able... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
