Cineworld doesn't care about their unlimited card customers. Reasons. If you complain they don't care. Your in a twelve month contract so They take your money but don't care about how your treated .I was told if I cancel my membership I will have debt collectors round. Nasty company

I explained I'd forgotten my card and showed my prebooking on my phone as well as offering to show other forms of I'd for them to check against the system including my bank account statement showing my monthly subscription to Cineworld but bluntly told they wouldn't help me. Come into the 20th century Cineworld :(

A white male in his 50s decided to hit me on the head for sending a text message before the movie started. I told a staff, they get their manager. The manager talks to the man, takes his side of the story and tells us to sit back down in our seats. The man sat 2 roles behind me, straddled... More

This cinema is relatively new. Good experience, it has 9 screens and there is a Starbucks inside the cinema where you can meet with friends or family before or after the movie. The cinema is within the London Designer Outlet Complex so there are several restaurants and shops you can visit before or after the movie. It is walking distance... More

This is our nearest cinema, within walking distance - otherwise we would not use it. It is VERY common the ticket machines not to all be able to print your tickets - resulting in re-queueing at the ticket desk (always understaffed) and then missing the start of your movie. The sound is often appalling, for 3D movies to start in... More

If you enjoy spending 40 minutes trying to get a parking space then this is the cinema for you! I complained to them that the parking was awful and that I missed the first 40 minutes of the film and they said that "the car park is not managed by them so is not their problem!"

Visited Cineworld Fulham Road. Very old and worn out premises. Seats old and well worn. Not at all comfortable. The place seemed in dire need of a clean. Very few staff around to answer any queries. More interested in selling popcorn. Not an enjoyable experience

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
