A canal trip from little venice to Camden, lunch in Camden, then a walk back via Primrose Hill. Excellent view, every site in London can be seen, canary wharf, St pauls, London eye, BT tower, all in one vista. One of the best in London.

It can be easily reached from regent park or Camden. Climbing the hill allows an awesome view of London. There are public toilets at the bottom.

It is a fun walk to come through Camden Town, walk toward Chalk Farm and walk to the park. The park is fun with green space and at the top of the hill is a great view of London. Skip The Eye, get in a walk and fresh air for an alternative great view.

Primrose Hill is to the North of Regents Park. It is basically a well kept public park with a children's playground and toilets at the South end. The hill itself can be climbed in a few minutes and there are plenty of benches at the top. The view South is uninterrupted and fabulous from the Houses of Parliament in the... More

Primrose hill was one of the most relaxing and beautiful places I saw in London. I visited on a cool April morning with a Friend. If you have some time to spare in London I would definitely recommend a morning jog or stroll here.

Just when I thought I've seen enough of London, this comes up! It's 30minutes away from Hyde Park by bus. You can have different facets of the sunset here!

This park, next to Regents Park, is a true escape from the rush of busy London. A slightly demanding walk to the top of the Hill (and being humbled by young people running up the Hill) leads to a viewing platform (with plenty of descriptors) where, despite only being about 65m above sea level, the whole London skyline is clearly... If you are visiting Camden market or the zoo then it is worth spending a few minutes walking round and up primrose hill for lovely views over London. You can see lots including the London Eye, shard, St Paul's cathedral and canary wharf. You won't be disappointed. If the weather is nice then take a picnic.

I wouldn't make a destination of it, unless you are picnicking or just want to lay around the hillside on a sunny day. It does provide a cool, but distant view of the London skyline, however, and that's worthwhile.

We had chosen the most possibly sunny day we could, and went for a walk to the Primrose Hill. Having grabbed some fish&chips from Poppies near Camden Town Station, we got there from Chalk Farm Station. Try reaching during sunset lapse. The view is crazy as you see the central London from above. Surely a MUST DO
