Pasta Heaven
Nov. 2020
Absolutely awesome evening. Felt very homely like a friend teaching you how to make pasta from scratch. Was nothing like the industrial-style classes where you are competing to get the instructor's attention. The food was top notch, tips were fantastic, wine was free-flowing all evening and the atmosphere was just perfect. Exactly what we needed just before going back into lockdown.

All join in online Live time cookery evening with delicious supper
Jul. 2020 • Family
Zoom cooking class making aubergine parmigiana, fennel orange salad and orange almond & polenta cake topped with mascarpone.
My family and I had a super evening following the recipes and having a foodie chat with Charlotte and Claire of Enrica Rocco cookery school London. Shopped and prepped but much was done live time. We learned a different (and much better) tomato sauce and where best to source ingredients. No fancy equipment needed and swap ins for some ingredients worked well.
List of ingredients were mostly store cupboard and standard fresh. £25 Per household to join plus about same on ingredients which we multiplied for our group.
Prosecco and a light merlot that we chose went very well with the dishes. And best of all, we got to sit down as a family and enjoy it all once the session ended. Thank you Charlotte and Claire x
We’d do this again for sure 👍

The TripAdvisor drop down only gave family teen option. We were a family group of five adults. Enough for everyone to do a part although observing with Prosecco was a thing 🤣. Nevertheless it was relaxed and we ALL enjoyed it.

What a wonderful evening of pasta creation
Mar. 2020 • Friends
There are many elements to what makes this such a lovely evening. The exciting new skills, the wide variety of exciting attendees, the informative insights into the history of this Italian staple, the knowledgeable ladies who host and teach, and of course the tasty pasta dishes which you get to eat together.

This is a no brainer, well worth a try.

Valentine’s Evening Feast
Feb. 2020 • Couples
My partner and I joined the Valentine’s Day evening cooking class. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The vibe is very chill and more like one’s cooking with friends which is great. Charlotte and Claire are great instructors and the fruits of our labour’s was delicious. I’m definitely keeping their classes in my little black book of recommendations for friends and family. I’m sure we’ll be back too! Thanks again xx

Delightful cooking class experience!
Feb. 2020
Bought as a gift for my girlfriend. We both had a wonderful evening. We learned loads about making fresh pasta and sauces and were inspired to try out what we learnt at home!

The two sisters were amazingly friendly and easy-going. The whole evening felt as relaxed as you would be in your own friends' house, cooking and and drinking tasty food and wine. Would recommend to anyone who loves Italian cuisine.

A fun day out with delicious results! I really enjoyed the shopping trip and then prepping and cooking in the well equipped Notting Hill kitchen. A lovely treat, would recommend to all regardless of cooking knowledge.

Superb, sociable cooking class
Jan. 2020
Claire and Charlotte are great Italian cooks and also charming, friendly hosts. Just eight of us around their island counter, making three types of pasta (including ravioli) with three sauces. Time flew by, I learned a lot, had fun and was entertained by the sisters and the other guests. The prosecco and wines were also good! Highly recommended - I didn't feel talked down to but picked up some useful cooking skills. Very good value with all the food and wine.

Amazing - can't recommend highly enough!

Thank you Charlotte and Claire for oranisining such a wonderful day for us - we enjoyed every minute. The food shopping was fab around Portabello, getting incredible, fresh ingredients that we then took to your lovely home kitchen and cooked up into a feast! We left extremely full with loads of recipes to recreate when we get home (making our own fresh pasta is top of our list!). You were both incredibly warm and great hosts and we will be highly recommending to friends and family. Thanks again!

Best way to learn how to cook!
Dec. 2019
If you're looking for a private and cousy cooking experience, look no further. The sisters are the most welcoming hosts, providing bottomless refreshments and a very involved experience across the process of making pasta and their respective sauces.

Pasta turned out great and the whole evening opened up an unexplored dimension in my culinary universe.

But frankly, what I liked the most is that I completely forgot that I was taking part in a cooking class. I was just chatting, eating and making pasta!

Long story short... don't think twice - just book it!

great fun cooking
Jul. 2019
We met promtly as arranged and Claire introduced herself before shoping at high end shops and deli's to buy our ingredients with many choices made by the group. On arrival at their home we were greeted by her sister, the equally delightful Charlotte. The wine started flowing at 11-30 and never stoped throughout the whole experience. We cooked so many interesting dishes it was hard to keep up but recipe reminders were always on hand. we were able to eat all of the dishes we made and each of us was completely full up. The range and quality of the food was outstanding, Our hosts were extreamely competent and professional and created a lovely atmosphere which we all enjoyed. The 7 participants became like old friends and the time flew by.Would highly recomend this to anyone interested in food/cooking. Look forward to receiving the e-mailed recipes.
