    Fun Shop!
A fun colourful shop! Yes the M&Ms are hugely overpriced for what you can get in the supermarket but the kids are amazed by the huge range of colours that are displayed on the ‘chocolate wall’ so sometimes you just have to Enjoy! Lots of fun merchandise, we always get a new mug when we visit, very good quality!

    Tapping Into The Tourist Market
The M&M's store has become a focal point of Leicester Square. It is close to both Picadilly Circus and Leicester Square Tube stations and is on the edge of China Town. I did not have to queue to get in but they had barriers in place in case there was a sudden rush of customers. There are three floors to visit and as well as selling M&M's there are loads of different things to buy with the M&M's branding and in a variety of colours depending on what is your favourite. There are plenty of places to get those selfie pix and also so many products to buy such as clothing, hats, sleep wear, bowls, mugs, glasses and MORE! You can also buy sweets in presentation cases and these are quite expensive. If you just want some M&M's I would just suggest heading over to a nearby newsagents and getting a bag. They will be much cheaper!

    M & M Heaven
Amazing store dedicated to the kids favourite sweeties. They were literally like kids in a sweetshop! Based over four floors, each one smelling more and more like a chocolate heaven, it sells memorabilia alongside every variety of M&M possible. We stayed for 45 minutes, and had to drag the kids away!!

    Colourful store but pricey
Interesting place to visit with 4 floors of spaced out merchandise, looking like a poor use of space. It is very expensive with gifts around £15 containing the equivalent of £1 worth of M&Ms, but we expected it to be a bit of a tourist trap. Interesting for a look around though.

Late evening visit - no queue!
We visited at around 8:30pm on a Monday evening (they open until 10pm) and there was no queue, either to get in or to purchase merchandise. Everything in the store is highly overpriced, but it is a visual spectacle to see. You can take pics with giant M&M statues posed like Abbey Road, or in various other parts of the shop, which is fun. You can also do an interactive screen to find out what colour you are most like, and can do things like print your face or your message on M&Ms for a high price. There are lots of souvenirs but be prepared to pay for them. Worth it for a look if you don't have to queue.

I went a couple weeks ago with a few friends and the smell is overpowering at first, but it's a giant chocolate shop so what else are you to expect it to smell like? I was trying to look a nice T-shirt for my little cousin so I went up to a couple of the workers on the first floor you walk into and it felt like I might as well have been talking to no-one.

One of the workers was wearing a red polo-like shirt and was different to what all the other workers wore so I thought maybe she's a team leader or something. If I recall her name badge said Lashelle, and she was talking with another worker who was handing out M&M's and this had to be the least helpful person I have ever met. They were so busy talking to each other she made me wait before I could even ask for help. When I finally did get to ask where the kids shirts are she just pointed at the stairs and told me to go downstairs and have a look myself and gave me such a dirty look. From the sound of it, the two of them were too busy complaining about how their managers don't do anything, when they're not even doing anything themselves.

Although this place looks fun and friendly the workers don't seem to care about anyone but themselves. I ended up not buying anything as after having a look around, the prices for everything was quite expensive, but the experience I had with Lashelle was lingering in my mind and I just wanted to leave a shop that would hire such horrid workers.

Straight off let's get one thing clear: If you don't like M&M sweets or have a phobia of them then this place is not for you. Please carry on walking an don't even inhale the chocolate scent which wafts out.

If you do like M&M's then this is the place for you. Four floors of sweets, fanboy/girl merch and just about any gift emblazoned with M&M's that you could possibly imagine. They had M&M pyjamas, M&M cups, M&M slippers, M&M toys, M&M key rings, M&Ms with your face on, M&M statues, M&M s in every colour imaginable.

The prices are high but you're in a tourist trap so it's your own fault, now buy that M&M cap. The only area I didn't like was a section selling Skittles because that didn't sit well with me. If I wanted Skittles I would simply head to Skittle world around the corner... (Yes i'm joking).

Ok I managed to mention M&Ms 14 times in this review, if you can do better I will wait and see.

We had to queue up to get into the entrance which is understandable but they still let anybody inside which is pointless. The building is crowded. Although it is free to enter you should bring a minimal of over £50, unless your only getting 1-3 stuff. In my opinion some items are overpriced.

We happened to be walking through London's Chinatown at Leiscester Square and did not realize that the M & M's store was right in front of us after we passed the Chinatown arch. There was a line of around 20 people ahead of us; therefore, we waited around 10 minutes before entering. They do a great job to maintain social distance space despite the store has three floors.
It is a must see place if you are in the area as there are many M & M figurines to pose photos with-- Abbey Road, a phone booth, a car as well as a M & M Jubilee chocolate square as a dedication to the Queen Elizabeth's 70th year reign! Can't walk out without getting some M & M's to go!! Quite an assortment!! Worth a stop!!

We travelled to London with our 6 & 2 year old. Top of the list to do was visit the worlds biggest wall of chocolate. What a disappointment it was.
We queued for 25 minutes to get into the store. The shelves of merchandise was half empty. Bits if things just spread out around here there. The store actually looked like it was too big for what they had to offer.
Half the wall of chocolate was closed. And we couldn’t even get any crispy M&M’s or skittles as they were closed too. No reason to why just a sign saying apologies for the appearance and inconvenience. There was no one way system at the chocolate wall so everyone was here there and everywhere over each others shoulders. Nothing in place regarding social distancing besides hand sanitiser on the way in and the stairs.
The queues for the tills were ridiculous and only open on ground level. The staff attitudes needs a little work too.
If you want a magnet, a blue M&M aeroplane toy, a cushion, Pj’s, T-shirt’s or socks, a cushion or overpriced half of chocolate wall then it’s a good day for you but we wouldn’t visit again and wouldn’t recommend.

This is another children-themed store that has become a tourist attraction in London. Children tend to enjoy more this compared to the other famous sites in London. There is usually a queue outside but tends to move quickly. The decor inside is bright. There is an array of merchandise and chocolate M&M's. The queues inside the shop are often understaffed leading to long wait times. The prices are very overpriced, which differ greatly from online and purchasing at supermarkets. A forced visit by children to adults, but a necessary pain.

I went here with my two children and my husband and I must say it was simply mesmorising!! I have never thought too highly of M&Ms however my thoughts were rapidly turned around as soon as I stepped foot into this magical surrounding. From sky high towers of M&Ms to the glorious smell of them. I must admit it was slightly overpriced considering that M&Ms in a shop are only about £1 however I can slightly see where they are coming from seeing as they want a profit and the cost to uphold such a fascinating building. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a full family day out and especially with kids!

Nonetheless, we couldn't find the secret bar, so it really must be a secret!
If you go I hope you enjoy all 4 levels of fun because we did!! Thank you so much M&M World! <3

It’s nice, and the smell of chocolate hits you as you walk in. But some of the chutes with the m&m’s/ skittles in them were closed even though they were full up, and it is quite a bit expensive. It was an alright experience though but wouldn’t necessarily come again, if you’ve been here once you’ve seen it all.

This place is full of life, I have never been here without it being full of people. The aroma of chocolate is almost overwhelming when you first step in. The prices are somewhat high but expected, you can also see the Largest wall of chocolate in the world, which is an impressive view of different flavours/colours and textures of M&M's in tubes along the surrounding the walls. Queues are always super long but worth it for the chocolate in my opinion. Hoping to visit here again when it's less busy!

My daughter wanted to visit. Although the chocolate is not cheap, the shop smells of cheap chocolate. I found it nauseating. 4 floors with merchandise, which is way over priced. The wall dispensers are pretty, the colours looked amazing, but again, expensive. Cost me £7 quid for a small amount, but I knew from friends what to expect and wasn't prepared to pay more than that . One woman got to the till and got a nasty shock, as her child had filled it up a fair way. I think they should have scales so parents can see weight and price before being embarrassed at the till. At £2.49 per 100g, she couldn't afford the amount the child put in. They have cups, largest to fill is £19.99, absolutely shocking. If someone has a few kids, that's a really expensive trip. Staff were lovely though. Personally, I thought it was overpriced and overrated. Despite my daughter being excited to. Go, in reality she was underwhelmed.
