Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I've been waiting for the past 15 minutes for my bill. The first time the bill was presented to me, it wasn't mine but Teatro is a great venue and Ealing is very fortunate to have it but the service (despite the fabulous individuals serving) is ridiculously poor. Being ignored seems to be the norm I've eaten here twice. Both times delicious food but the menu is definitely odd and limiting.

OMG, this place is AWFUL on so many levels. Not sure which is worse the food or the staff. Nevertheless, i shall NOT be going here ever again, but what a shame as the building is beautiful but dont let that fool you in and waste your money. Honestly, its terrible.

The toilets were unbearable smell wise. I couldn't even stand there for 1 second. It is unacceptable not to to be able to use public female toilets from bad smell. They are supposed to be in good standards. Toilet inside were super dirty.

Ealing is an area of West London. One of the main roads in the area is the Broadway which has a number of shops and eating places.
Ealing can be reached by a number of Tube lines including the Central, District and Picadilly lines (Picadilly line serves Ealing Common)). The main station in the area is Easling Broadway which is currently undergoing major redevelopment in preparation for the opening of the Elizabeth Line. As well as the District and Central lines there are also services from Paddington to Heathrow Airport and Reading by TFL and also Didcot by Great Western.
There are also a large number of buses serving the local area from outside Broadway station.
The area is OK. I would not visit unless you have specific business in the area. No major tourist attractions that I can think of.

Some of the stuff need to be fired. The old, short black bold man has no customer service. He will find something to pick on and then he will provock you, then he will call the Police. He acts like he owns that gate and the station. He got bitterness in his heart, never, ever happy or pleasant. Because he has low life and has nothing better to do with his life, he cames to work to make other peoples, paying customers life difficult. Very unpleasent , misrable man I feel so sorry for him. The station is big and facilities like toilets are dirty. There is no lifts so mother's with buggies have to climb all these stairs with their prams. Old people have to suffer climbing so many, long stairs. There is nothing nice to say about this station.

Our meal was beautifully served by excellent waiters. The plates were piping hot and everything was spotless.
Every dish was delicious - and amazing value as we used our Tastecard card.
The restaurant is spacious and parking was not too difficult.
I would recommend heartily.

On a prior visit, I found that the chicken wings were still raw in the middle. Despite this, I decided to give it another try yesterday. The lamb cube was well grilled on the outside but raw inside and it was not possible to cut into it. This restaurant is local to me but, unfortunately, it is has been very disappointing. I do not believe that the cooks have received any training.

This nicely presented restaurant on the edge of Ealing Broadway does not disappoint. The staff are very welcoming, the menu is extremely varied and well described. Order taken, popadoms and chutneys delivered to keep us busy and the main course arrived in a timely manner. Food piping hot, well presented and extremely tasty.
All round, a good visit and highly recommended.

Best method of transportation from Heathrow to Ealing? Do hotels offers shuttles? First time visiting
here and trying to find our way to our hotel. We are traveling in November.

I’m sorry for the late reply.
Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3 (Rail Station Only) to Ealing Broadway £7.50 no changes. I thought this is a better way to get to your hotel, it saves you lugging your luggage in the underground. I hope this helps.

How far to Heathrow Airport?
Kasey E
Oakland, CA37 contributions
It's about 5 stops (via the Piccadilly/Blue Line) to Northfield Station. Very short ride, and every train from Heathrow goes there. If you need to get to the other side of Ealing I'd suggest taking the Blue line to Northfields and then cab/uber it to your destination.
