The iconic status of Banksy makes any of his work worth a look. You'll need to get down close to eye level to have a look of this nefarious character, but that's what street art is all about. Walk through the tunnel from London Bridge...More

Being quite long-in-the-tooth, I remember Tooley Street in the mid-1970s as rather the fag-end of London. It has been totally transformed in recent years, as a lot of it has been totally rebuilt & regenerated. It is near to the Shard, HMS Belfast, Hays Galleria...More

It wasn’t so long ago that the area here was dog eaten and decrepit. Rejoice in its transformation! Hays Wharf, the riverside walk, the new offices and eateries, a new theatre and much more. It’s a pleasure to walk from Tower Bridge to London Bridge.

Served by Enioluwale; my son pointed up his requirements on a burrito n she snapped at him n told him to take is arm off low glass in front of food. She was rude n had poor manner, the place was filthy , never again!!!

Cote brasseries are plentiful in central London. They all offer the same menu at incredibly cheap prices for the area. Moules frites, steak frites for £11? Incroyable! The one off Tooley St. next to London Bridge Station is quite unique. No, not the food, the...More

Tooley street is a road that runs around the back of The Shard and up to Tower Bridge in Central London. George Orwell supposedly lived in 1931 as a tramp for a month on Tooley Street to give himself a firsthand experience and to help...More

Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard,
the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond
any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some
