St Pancras International is one of the greatest Victorian buildings in London. It has become a key destination for Eurostar and high-speed rail in the UK, as well as a fantastic retail and hospitality destination. It has something for everyone - from the amazing Terrace Wires public arts installation to cornerstone and prestige retail outlets such as Fortnum & Mason and John Lewis.

Used this station to pick up the Euro star to Paris where I would start my anniversary celebrations. This station can be accessed by underground, taxi or is a short walk from kings cross. There's ample shopping and places to eat before your trip or...More

Very fotogenic building from outside as well as some parts inside. Especially upper floor where East Midlands platforms are located. If you are musician or like to play piano look for the gift from Sir Elton John, a piano in the main hall behind one...More

I was in a rush to catch the 9.37 am off-peak train to Rye changing at Ashford International. This is the fastest way to Rye ( 40 pounds off-peak anytime return tickets). I was at Pimlico Underground at 9 am and wondered whether I could...More

We visited here very early in the morning on the way to Paris. We appreciated the quick friendly service. We were so appreciative that this place was open all night. But there were limited breakfast items.

This is a lovely building to check out. We were there to take the Eurostar to Paris . Signs were easy to follow . They need more waste bins - I HATE not being able to find somewhere to dispose of my garbage .. and...More

This is a railway station that is an architectural wonder and its shocking to think it came so close to demolition. It has been sympathetically restored and is an icon for travellers once again. If you are in London pay a visit even if you...More

We travelled by Eurostar to Lille. The station looks the part with its vaulted ceiling & lots of shops. Easy to check in.

Travelling from London to Avignon during very hot and humid conditions. The Train station was clean, efficient, staff throughout were friendly and Professional. Security was excellent especially after recent tragic events. Food and shopping choices were very good and comparable to the Japanese stations. There...More

In my opinion, you need an excuse to visit this train station. It isn't just the travel part of getting you from one point to another, it is the overall experience. It is worthy of getting your camera and snapping a few pictures, because it's...More

Thank you so much for your review - we love reviews like this! Being considered more than just a train station is a great achievement and honour, so thank you for your kind words.

Rude and unhelpful staff! Told to change onto a train 5 hours later than the original train, only then to be charged an extra £60 for doing so. Avoid using this service!

Where are the lifts or moving walkways; for people travelling on Eurostar with luggage, please? Would prefer not to use escalators with my luggage. Thank you.

Lifts are located at the base of each platform. The platforms are above the waiting lounge. The moving platforms go from the lounge level to the platform level and do not have 'steps' as such. They are all set up for people... More

Hi does anybody know how to change a reservation on a euro star ticket From London Saint Pancras station to Paris. I did not buy the insurance for the tickets. The timing no longer works with our schedule and I am desperate to get a refund or change the date on the ticket. Does anybody know how to do this?
