Our visit was organised by friends who arranged a 90th birthday party celebration. The Museum hosted us for a lovely lunch in their Great Room. We looked around the museum first - it is not big, but it tells well the story of the Order...More

The timeline showing the impact of the order of St. John is impressive. The story inspires further research of its progress and makes one want to revisit Rhodes and go to Malta

A well done and beautiful museum. Small but well presented. Very few artifacts and a small museum shop that is not very comfortable but well worth a visit.

We'd seen the old archway a few times but never visited the museum before. It's well laid-out and has information on the Knights in Jerusalem, Rhodes and Malta (which by coincidence we'd just been to) and up to the present-day St John's Ambulance Brigade. Lots...More

This is a wonderful museum in the heart of Clerkenwell. In the 11th century, a hospital was set up in Jerusalem to give assistance to pilgrims. The men and women who staffed this were known as the 'Hospitallers'. With the arrival of the Crusaders in...More

Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site

renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and
some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a
focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough
time wondering through the area's maze of streets and
