Needed a treat and found a nice package at East River Spa which included lunch or afternoon tea. The spa comprised of wet and dry saunas and a fantastic relaxation room which featured heated tiled loungers. The sauna were adequately sized (saying that it was not busy). The heated loungers in the relaxation room was plentiful and liked the tea... More

My siblings and I decided to treat our mother and grandmother to a spa package at East River Spa and it was absolutely lovely. They were really surprised and completely enjoyed themselves. The staff were friendly, the treatments were wonderful, especially the facial, we were provided with tea and fruits and the views were all around amazing. Special shoutout to... More

We booked in for a spa session to celebrate a birthday. We each had different treatments which were great - the staff were really good at their job and very kind and helpful. However the facilities generally were really disappointing - there were not enough chairs in the relaxation room for us to use and the 'shower experiences' did not... More

The steam room was not working so we were given access to the Moroccan steam room. Tea is served in the Radisson hotel restaurant overlooking the river and 02, lovely scenary. Stephen and Nu and... I took my boyfriend to this spa for his birthday treat and the treatments we booked (an hour long massage) were fantastic and really enjoyable and worth it. Sadly this was the only good thing about the spa. When we arrived the lady behind the counter was frazzled and although she was pleasant it didn't leave me with confidence. I... More

Eight of us went to the East River Spa for our friend's hen do. The booking process was a bit of a nightmare as they wanted exact treatments to be agreed upon in advance and basically a sworn declaration that we wouldn't change our minds and not be a single minute late as that would invalidate our booking. It makes... More

I bought a voucher from wow her, this was for 2 people to enjoy the spa facilities, enjoy 2 treatments and have afternoon tea. The place is local to me so was excited to try. I called up and the lady said she would drop me a email with confirmation... This never happened also she sounded fed up. I still... More

Visited here today with my partner as we were staying in the hotel. We booked in for the Moroccan Steam Ritual at short notice and feel very let down by it. It was explained to us what we needed to do and were told that someone would be in twice to turn the showers on throughout the treatment. On both... More

I have just returned from a detox day at East River Spa. I was greeted by the fabulous Claye who was helpful, witty and very professional. It was my first visit to the Spa and although I was alone the friendly staff, environment and facilities put me at ease. I was lucky enough to have a beautiful young therapist called... More
