In a favourite neighbourhood, the Saturday Market lured us back inside Partridge's. Great cheese, wine, chocolate and the like make it a good place for a wonder around. Despite the rain, the outdoor tables provided a good spot to try some delicious food.

Highly recommend a visit here on Saturdays. The freshly cooked food is excellent and the produce in general is of the highest quality.

Good, relatively simple, food at the restaurant with a wide array of take-away food for eating at home.

I wanted to eat something at the Chelsea Street Market on Saturday 30th April. Browsing around I saw how popular the RAO Deli was and decided to try them. I ordered the Saigon BBQ Pork sandwich £5.45. After a small wait (I did say they were popular) my sandwich was delivered. Wow delicious. Yes it was full of flavour and... More

Yesterday before going to the stones exhibition, my wife and I spent a couple of hours walking around the food market, trying the produce and then drinking at the champagne bar. Even though it was a miserable day, the service and people made up for it. The choice on the stalls comes from lots of different countries and the tastes... More

For anyone who loves food or is just on the hunt for a wide variety of cooking ingredients then this is the place to be. There are countless choices of food to both eat there or take home and cook yourselves. A must visit if in the area.

This establishment is known as an Aladdin's Cave for food shoppers; but I wish to comment on the quality of the eating facilities available there, which in my experience over time, are remarkable. I have visited the shop as a customer on a number of occasions, and enjoyed its cafe; but I have also dined there on a number of... More

Partridges used to be in Sloane Street and there was no cafe then. It is a delicatessen and caterer type establishment, providing best-quality and specialist foods and wines at variable prices - some not as high as you'd expect; some (by nature of exclusivity) very expensive. Partridges then shifted into a much more suitable location at the Duke of Yorks... More

There is a small square close to the Saatchi gallery and on the Kings Road this is where Partridge's is located. It is an upmarket deli which contains a wealth of gourmet foods. it also has a small café with both indoor and outdoor seating which serves really nice tea, coffee and goodies. A great place to people watch especially... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
